Zenflower is a fast-growing startup with support from Tehnopol Startup Incubator.
We are winners for FundWise crowdfunding campaign at Prototron.
Our mission is to create a software service for companies and busy people to order and deliver flowers at the right time.
Florists aggregator with a calendar, delivery to the customer, and customization of the bouquet. The service helps to plan all purchases of flowers for the year ahead, with a predictable price and distribution with monthly payments. To do this, we create our own web and mobile application, using them you can make quick data entry, receive reminders, track delivery. Thus, we give hand-crafted bouquets at the usual price. Florists receive predictable orders, even if they haven't own store.

Your job will be
- Negotiation with florists
- Client support
- Control of purchases / sales
- Documentation control
- Control of transport orders
- CRM system control
- Working with IT team to provide feedback and suggestions
- Social media account support, getting feedback from customers
Skills needed
- Great communication skills and ability to manage own time effectively
- Knowledge of languages both verbal and written: English and Estonian are required, Russian would be good
- Fluent usage of smart devices, internet surfing and social networks
- Ability to foresee potential issues and ability to find solutions
- Ability to pick up phone and drive task to completion
- Ability to find information quickly
- Ability to coordinate several delivery processes in parallel
- Knowing basic types of flowers or florist experience in the past is a bonus
